We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG, and JPG. Files should be 300 DPI at final print size, with 1/8" (3mm) bleed and all fonts embedded or outlined. We review every file before printing and will flag any issues.
Both options are available. If you have artwork, simply upload it and our prepress team will review it for free. If you need a design created from scratch, we offer design services at an additional cost — contact us for a quote.
Standard production is 5–7 business days after design approval. We offer 48-hour rush production on most products for an additional fee. Turnaround time begins once you approve your digital proof.
Yes! We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Free shipping on orders over $99. Orders under $99 incur a flat shipping fee based on size and weight. Express/overnight shipping is available for urgent orders.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), e-Transfer, PayPal, and bank transfers for large orders. Full payment is required before production begins.
A digital PDF proof is provided for every order at no charge before we begin printing — we never print without your approval. Physical samples are available on request for large orders (additional cost may apply).
Yes! Most products are available with 48-hour rush production. WhatsApp us for extremely urgent requests — we do our best to accommodate tight deadlines, especially for weddings and events.
It varies by product. Business cards start at 100 pcs. T-shirts are 12 minimum for screen printing, or 1 for DTG. Signs and banners typically have no minimum. Wedding prints have no minimum. Contact us for specific product minimums.

Absolutely! Just select "Other / Multiple Products" in the quote form and describe everything you need. We'll put together a combined quote and can often offer bulk discounts when you order multiple items together.
Once your order is submitted, we'll email you a digital proof (PDF) for approval. Simply reply to the email with "Approved" or your requested changes. We can also send proofs via WhatsApp for faster communication.
